Important Deadlines
Judging clinic gate admission: Anyone attending the clinic but not the fair and rodeo must notify Randy Hebert before October 26 to arrange gate admission or obtain a fair ticket.

Judging Clinic

Anyone interested in judging LRCA rodeos in 2027 is encouraged to attend.
- Judges are required to attend a clinic at least every other year.
- Those who did not attend last year’s clinic or have not judged any rodeos must attend to qualify to judge and receive bonus money.
- Anyone attending the clinic but not the fair and rodeo must contact Randy before October 26 to arrange gate admission or obtain a fair ticket.
Animal Health Requirements
All contestants bringing animals to the State Fair of Louisiana must review the requirements posted on the LRCA website and Facebook page. Additional requirements have been issued by the State Veterinarian due to the screwworm outbreak in Texas.

- Awards presentations will be held in the tent behind the State Fair Office, across from the Coliseum, Friday and Saturday nights following the performances.
